The TITAN machining centre has been designed to perform boring and milling work on aluminium and steel profiles. The mechanical specifications of this modern machining centre and of its control system provide economical use in the production of single pieces.
Available in 6 - 12 - 18 - 24 - 30 and 36 meters versions.
Integral guard system available only on 12 meters version.
Standard bed lengths are 10m or 16m. The Z capacity is over 400mm, with over 650mm available in the Y. However as a fully customizable solution, all specs can be modified on request. The on board tool change system allows a large range of tools to be readily available to the machining head. Destined for the rail industry, this machine features the additional loading feature that brings the clamping systems towards the operator – allowing for quick and easy access either manually or by overhead gantry cranes.
The Auto clamp movement also reduces the amount of setup time, and labour required for each job, meaning each individual profile can be setup quickly and easily.
