4 axis CNC floor type vertical spindle machining centre.

• MMI = version provided with a device activated by a pneumatic/electronic combination dedicated to the automatic contemporary movement of the clamps.
• Especially suitable for the machining of aluminium, PVC, steel and light alloys profiles of considerable size and weight, also for industrial applications.
• 4 axis (X, Y, Z, A) managed by CNC.
• By means of dedicated tools it’s suitable for working on 5 sides of profiles.
• Suitable for processing on ANY surfaces, generated by the rotation of the spindle axis (side by side at Y axes) on the positions within 180° (± 90°).
• The strong base formed by tubulars guarantees the fundamental structural rigidity of the machine.

• Milling operations can be performed with linear and circular interpolation of the axes X-Y-Z.
• Using a disk cutter, it is possible to work on both sides at the end of the profile (end-milling cycle).
• Using a drill, a frontal drill or a tool for threading you can work on any face of the profile.
• The hinging length stop are pneumatically managed.
• The electric spindle is suitable for quick tool holder change.
• The tool magazine with 12 positions is located on the carriage of the machine; the tool change can be realized in any position of the working area, with significant time reduction.
• The standard configuration of the machine is with 8 clamps.
• The tools cooling is realized through a centralized minimal system.
• All slide ways and ball recirculation screws are lubricated through an automatic centralized system.
• Pre-arranged to use a set of chips collector bins.
• Pre-arranged for the inclusion of a motorized belt conveyor for evacuation of chips.
