Field Service Technician in Perth WA (full time)
We are currently seeking an experienced and self-motivated Field Service Technicians to join our growing team. You will be working with existing and new clients across WA, so no two days are the same.
Some of the Duties include
- - Installation and customer training of new and existing machines
- - Conduct component level fault diagnosis, maintenance & retrofit repair
- - Use of Electrical & Electronic tooling and testing procedures to set specifications
- - Routine maintenance and contracted service work
- - Liaise with the Operations Coordinator and Service Manager to ensure site work is carried out in the required order and timeline
- - Liaise with the Spare Parts for parts selection and ordering
- - Provide reporting to SCM Group Management on all after sales activities
What you will need
- - Trade qualifications in Electrical, Mechanical or similar
- - Flexibility to travel to customer sites and work over-time as required
- - Excellent diagnostic skills
- - Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently
- - Commitment to adhere to safety guidelines in the workplace
- - A current driver’s license
- - Previous experience in a mechanical, electrical or woodworking back ground is preferred.
- - Experience as field technician or involvement in the woodworking industry or a cabinet making, wood machining background

We are currently seeking an experienced and self-motivated Field Service Technicians to join our growing team based Regency Park (SA). You will be working with existing and new clients across Metropolitan Adelaide and Rural Sth Australia areas so no two days are the same.
