CNC Service Technician - Multiple Positions - Sydney, Adelaide, Perth

Our company currently requires an experienced CNC Service Technician in our Sydney based office.

Reporting to the Operations Coordinator, you will be working with an established team of experienced Service Technicians that will assist you in delivering valuable customer outcomes.

Your responsibilities would include: Installation, technical support and training to our national customers, instruct and carry out repairs, visit customer sites, PLC systems, mechanics, diagnostics, pneumatics, electronics and control systems.

Your key focus would be to provide efficient maintenance support and to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Necessary Requirements:

  • Trade qualifications
  • Current electrical licence is an advantage
  • Current drivers licence
  • Previous experience as a service engineer in the woodworking, mechanical or electrical industries
  • Strong fault finding and problem solving skills
  • A team player able to work autonomously
  • Strong customer service and communications skills
  • Some travel maybe required
