3 axis CNC + 2 floor type vertical spindle machining center.

• TM = Mobile Beam.
• MMI = version provided with a device activated by a pneumatic/electronic combination dedicated to the automatic contemporary movement of the clamps.
• 3 Axis (X, Y, Z) are dedicated to the handling of the spindle.
• 2 Axis (A, B) are dedicated to the handling of the 2 beams that support the workpieces.
• The workpieces are fixed with 4 pneumatic clamps, sliding on each mobile beam (5 axes). The beams can be positioned to any angle within ± 125°. The rotations are managed directly by the NC.
• With dedicated accessories it can work on five sides of the profile.
• Suitable for the machining of aluminum extruded profiles for residential architecture, and even for light steel shaped profiles.
• Workable section: 200 x 200 mm (YxZ).

Advantages

• The axis slide on precision linear guides and are driven by motors operated with digital systems. All systems handling axes are lubricated through an automatic centralized system.
• The workpieces can be blocked on two separate mobile beams, which can be rotated independently or synchronized, managed directly by the cyclic control.
• The locking clamps slide on precision guides.
• Using a disk cutter, it is possible to work on both sides at the end of the profile (end milling cycle).
• Milling operations can be performed with linear and circular interpolation of the axes X,Y,Z.
• Retractable reference stops (right and left) allow you to load profiles with complementary lengths, even with sections and different machining.
• The electric spindle is suitable for quick tool holder change.
• The change of the tool holder is AUTOMATICALLY managed.
• The tool magazine is placed in the machine base center, in a suitable protected compartment; up to 11 types of different tools can be physically seated.
• The tools cooling is realized through a centralized minimal system.
• The machine is designed for the use of drawers to collect shavings, or for the insertion of a motorized belt conveyor for the evacuation of swarf.
