Customised for your range of machines, the Smart Productivity Contract allows you to achieve excellent performance, reduce operating costs and optimise the management of all your SCM machines.

 


FAQ

The annual “Smart Productivity Contract” includes remote support for your entire range of machines over the phone and via PC, a number of maintenance visits planned per year from our qualified technicians to be customised according to the machines, discounts on all spare-part orders and training courses, as well as access to the LMS e-campus platform and the chance to add Maestro Connect (if the machines can be connected). Each Smart Productivity Contract is fully customised according to your needs. Several maintenance visits can be arranged per year, during which a specialised technician will inspect your machines and carry out maintenance work to guarantee efficiency and operating safety. Based on your machine’s technology, the duration of each visit can last 1, 2 or 3 days. 

Remote support allows you to contact our technicians via MyPortal to solve technical problems. If necessary, we can access machine controls remotely (if compatible) to diagnose and fix breakdowns without the need for an on-site visit. The “Smart Contracts” include remote support for the entire range of machinery.

Maestro Connect is an additional service that allows you to monitor your machines’ data in real time to optimise production. Thanks to Maestro Connect, you can access the Control Room service and the SCM proactive support service, where our technicians help prevent potential breakdowns or inefficiencies.

The proactive support via Maestro Connect allows you to predict any technical problems, optimise the use of the machines and reduce downtimes. Thanks to data monitoring, our technicians can intervene before a fault occurs, improving overall production efficiency.
