COVID-19 Update

At SCM Group the health and wellbeing of our clients, our team and our community is our priority.

SCM Group has implemented our COVID-19 Response Strategy, which has been designed to help minimise the spread of the virus. This strategy uses advice from the Australian Government Department of Health and the World Health Organisation. 

We are:

  • Providing our customers with remote presentations and service assistance.
  • Supplying hand washing and hand sanitisation facilities to all visitors to our premises.
  • Educating our team on social distancing and encouraging the use of our service call centre.
  • Ensuring any of our team with flu-like symptoms are not reporting for work.

Our Service Call Centre enables us to handle questions via phone. We also continue to use our highly effective Teamviewer software which allows us to remotely access and work on production machines. 

Our Field Service Technicians remain available for site work and are updated regularly with hygiene requirements and safe work practices. 

Our Commercial Teams are prioritising remote working practices, with information being available in person, online, or via skype (or similar).  Bookings at our technology centres and showrooms are being scheduled to reduce concurrent visitors – allowing us to give you a more boutique, one-on-one experience.

The current situation with COVID-19 (Coronavirus) is continually evolving, and as a community we will evolve with it.
