SCM UK is committed to protecting their customer's investment in their SCM Group machinery. Our multi-level service organisation comprises a central Technical Assistance Centre based in Nottingham. Six specialised technicians qualified in all aspects of SCM Group machines provide expert advice and assistance, together with large staff of over 30 factory trained engineers strategically located around the UK and Ireland to provide instant response to a variety of needs including installations, training, preventative maintenance and emergency visits.
SCM UK offers a variety of Service Support Packages including:

* SERVICE CLUB CONTRACT (SOLID WOOD, NEW FOR 2020)

Technical support for machines which are outside of warranty or are not covered by a SCM Group Service Contract may incur charges in line with standard rates.

MULTI-CHANNEL SUPPORT
With a preventive maintenance contract, customers can enjoy a preferential channel to access the telephone and computer support services. To receive technical support in case of faults, select spare parts and obtain indication on the repair interventions.
SPARE PARTS AVAILABILITY
SCM customers can benefit from a spare parts warehouse that provides fast delivery times and advantageous purchasing conditions.
