oikos xs CNC machining centers are distinguished by their high execution speed and advanced configurability. Designed for the production of laminated and solid wood structural components, they are particularly suitable for processing simple elements, such as those for prefabricated walls, as well as more complex structures, such as those for roofs.

WIDE CONFIGURABILITY
The machining center can be configured with various operating units, whose combined movements help minimize downtime caused by axis repositioning. The main machining units available are the Flex-5 unit and the Revolver unit, both 5-axis, ideal for a wide range of applications. -
SPEED OF EXECUTION
The structure has been specifically designed to allow a workpiece feed speed of up to 3 m/sec. The equipment with the revolver unit ensures that all tools are always ready for use, also thanks to the strategic arrangement of the units. The revolver can vary the rotation speed for each tool, ensuring optimal use and, consequently, greater durability, thus guaranteeing a high-quality finish. -
COVERAGE OF THE SIX FACES
Guaranteed machining on all six faces of the workpiece, regardless of the main operating unit used. The 5-axis unit Flex-5, equipped with an automatic tool store compatible with tools and aggregates, offers extensive flexibility, enabling the execution of complex projects that require machining on all faces of the workpiece. -
NEXT-GEN SOFTWARE
Maestro lab beam&wall is SCM's programming software, compatible with popular CADs in timber construction. Integrated with the HMI Maestro active beam&wall, it allows programming from both PC and machine, enhancing flexibility and productivity. The machine is IoT Solution Ready: capable of connecting easily and securely to a digital ecosystem, ensuring smarter and more efficient production.
