External milling unit
Thanks to the external milling unit equipped with fast NC axes, it becomes possible to perform the sizing of the panels quickly and dynamically, regardless of the size inserted. Stefani cell H is therefore able to adapt to the variability of the batch, without compromising the required productivity.
Counter shoulder
Precise and dynamic thanks to high-performance axes, the counter shoulder is quickly adjusted to the dimensions of the inserted panels and always guarantees precise processing on each side.
Immediate and cost-effective production with batches ranging without distinction from the single panel to the damaged panel and the standard pack, without the need for any production downtime in order to change the format, thickness, ornamentation and gluing quality (changes that may be very frequent within a single work shift)
EdgeStore Manager
The automatic learning system via barcode or QRcode reader combines the program to be executed with the correct edge for extremely simple and fast management of the edge coil change. Thanks to the dedicated interface of the Maestro active edge software, all edge information (name, color, thickness, consumption, etc.) are always available on a single screen.
