AUTOEYE is a fully automated truss production system. Key features are high production rate and industrialized quality. The core process is performed by an automatic press, identifying the joints and then picking, placing, positioning and pressing the nail plates to the roof truss automatically. The pressing force is adaptive, thus pressing result is perfect regardless of nail plate size and timber dimension.
