The selection process

SCM Group is a company that understands the importance of human capital and that is constantly looking for new talents that can express its fundamental values. The SCM Group selection process is performed directly by Human Resources in collaboration with the company Management. Candidates must attend an initial interview with the personnel office, followed by one or more technical in-depth interviews with the relative department managers for the position being applied for.

The final assessment is based not only on professional skills, but also on the motivation and personal characteristics of the candidates.

All CVs must be sent for assessment to the company database by filling the form. The information included will allow the Human Resources team to identify the most suitable profiles for the positions available.
