Some MySCM portal activation requests (and therefore the ALL-IN-ONE E-SHOP) may require up to 24 hours, as they need to be analysed by our team. We ask you to be patient during this process. You will receive an e-mail notification once your account has been activated.

The Service provider is the organisation that sold the machine to the user or your machine’s usual support provider. When you are asked to indicate the “Service provider”, type in the name of the company or distributor who sold you the machine or who regularly provides you with technical support.

Yes, once you have made a purchase, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with details of the order and a link to monitor shipment status.

Available payment methods include credit card, PayPal and bank transfer in advance.
For orders under €500, payment must be made in advance using one of these methods.
If you choose bank transfer in advance, once the order has been placed, you will receive an initial confirmation e-mail with the bank details of where to make the transfer. It is essential that payment is made using the bank details given in the confirmation e-mail. Do not use SCM’s general IBAN otherwise the order will be blocked and not processed correctly.
