As part of a training course, twenty young managers of the BNL Bank, visited SCM Group today. An introductory presentation on the Group was held ad the Headquarters, followed by a presentation on Lean Production. The Communications Director also presented the new corporate identity and marketing strategies. They were also welcomed by Adriano Aureli, Vice President. To follow a visit to the Components plant and a meeting with the Premium Division Director when lean production and distribution issues were discussed. The young managers were most attentive and addressed many questions on important and interesting topics.
