For each of these fields, you will discover integrated state-of-the-art solutions for machines and plants, already adopted successfully by market leaders throughout Europe.

You will learn how to make your processes more sustainable and efficient even in batch-1 production and how to achieve bespoke products with an, as ever, outstanding quality and level of design.

That’s not all: you’ll see with your own eyes, the concrete result of each machining, experiencing firsthand what it means to put your trust in the most advanced Scm technologies for entire production processes.

Digital Control Room – A genuine control room at the heart of the stand

Have you already heard about the Control Room but aren’t yet sure of its potentials?

A fully operational Digital Control Room will be reproduced at the SCM stand which will combine the constant support provided by our Service team with the use of the most advanced digital systems.

You’ll discover the advantages of having a machine connected to the IoT Maestro connect platform and the new proactive and prognostic assistance and advisory services, which we can provide in order to guarantee our clients operating continuity.

As well as this, SCM will be presenting an upgraded MES, with even better performance levels and one that is completely scalable based on the client’s needs. Some of the main advantages include the easy configurability of the interfaces and possibility of integrating with third-party digital software and services already provided.

Live demo of integrated cells

A full program of live streaming presentations from the various SCM Technology Centers.

Beam saw cell for batch 1 made up of: flexstore elr automatic storage, for better logistics of semi-machined pieces; single-blade gabbiani g2 panel saw complete with, among other things, automatic panel labelling; articulated robot to automate cutting and off-loading operations, reducing the need for human supervision.

The cell offers great flexibility when dealing with processes at source because it allows the finished pieces to be unloaded onto pallets on the ground or onto a roller. There is also a vertical buffer in the cell, downstream of the unloading roller, which efficiently optimises the workflow, separating the cutting cell from the next machining processes.

Beam saw and nesting cell for batch 1 with flexstore hp automatic magazine and robot for unloading finished pieces, small pieces and discarded pieces. Gabbiani p80 beam saw and morbidelli x200 nesting machining centre are integrated into the automatic magazine that ensures storage, panel labelling and direct loading of both machines onto the worktable, to protect the more delicate surfaces. Simultaneously, the gabbiani p80 beam saw can also perform pack cutting with high production levels.

The morbidelli cx220 drilling and dowelling flexible cell with robot to create every kind of furniture element more efficiently, even with pieces that differ greatly from one another. The cell produces one panel per minute and in excess of 400 panels per shift with an operator in just 50 m2. It can be used with just the robot for a continuous cycle production, or can be partially supervised by the operator.

The new version of windorflex for the production of windows and doors: an automatic and highly technological cell, which has all the solutions to create complete windows and doors, guaranteeing maximum precision, high flexibility and an excellent finishing quality at all times. The new version includes two loading devices which increase the machine’s performance and productivity, and a frontal loading bench, to reduce the cell’s longitudinal bulk.

Technology software - stations and dedicated demos with our specialists.

The common advantages of a lot of the new software presented at Xylexpo 2024 include reduced expenditure and less material waste coupled with greater efficiency.

Maestro lab - machining centres and drilling machines: for CAD/CAM programming for both the office and machine. Intuitive and dynamic, it easily transforms an idea into a finished product, thanks to intelligent and technologically advanced programming functions and more than150 pre-integrated apps. So, from the office to the factory in a flash via an enjoyable and fast user experience.

Maestro active beam&wall -machining centres for timber construction: HMI software for a simple, fast and all-round control, complete with new 3D visualisation functions and advanced management as well as a completely new graphic interface and aligned with that of state-of-the-art software.

Maestro optiwise - the new cutting optimiser for the gabbiani panel saws: developed for programming production in the office, the software allows for the automatic generation of cutting diagrams identifying the best solution in terms of scraps, time and costs based on the parameters selected by the user.

Maestro stackwise: a state-of-the-art solution designed to increase efficiency and productivity. The system uses state-of-the-art algorithms to analyse and optimise piece stacking during the made-to-measure cutting process, ensuring that they are strategically placed to achieve maximum efficiency, reducing scraps to a minimum and maximising return.

Maestro edgestore manager – edge banders: for the centralised management of client’s edges, which allows their consumption to constantly be kept under control and pinpoint their location in the warehouse, as well as sharing information with software and the company management systems.

Materials and technologies presented with interactive and multimedia systems
