CNC machining centres for routing and drilling: morbidelli m100

Highly modular 5-axis CNC machining centre that provides answers to all the problems associated with woodworking.

Unmatched finishing is possible thanks to the JQX (Just Quality eXtreme) 5-axis direct-driven spindle head which ensures the total absence of vibrations even with huge material removal at high speed and with the high-performance drilling heads with RO.AX (Rotoaxial spindle technology) spindles and rotation speed up to 8000 rpm.

Other advantages are provided by TV FLEX, the manual positioning table that is able to grant the best flexibility: rails and pods position quotes are visualized on TECPAD remote control display according to the program loaded; no limits manual positioning of rails, pods and clamps; aided positioning through measuring tapes both on frame (for rails) and rails (for pods and clamps); tubeless design.

Software is another main feature: just a few clicks to design and manufacture pieces of any shape, the machine is run by the Suite Maestro which has specific modules for every production cycle.

Edgebanding: stefani kd

stefani kd is the ideal edgebander for working different types of panels even with delicate surfaces thanks to the upper belt presser.

The standard SGP glue pot with the special anti-adherent plasma treatment allows the use of two different types of glue, EVA and PUR for perfect edgebanding quality. The machining of two different radii and 12 mm solid wood lipping for panels up to 60 mm thick is possible thanks to the automatic set up of the working units performed with NC controlled axes.

The working speed of up to 20 m/min makes stefani kd the ideal edgebander for companies that need to produce panels in large quantities and with extreme quality.

Automatic planer and throughfeed moulder: profiset 60

profiset 60 offers high productivity and excellent finishing quality thanks to its flexible configuration, with up to six spindles and the option to preset profiling on the top horizontal spindle. Designed with a strong focus on ergonomics and safety, it allows the operator to manage all working operations easily, with controls positioned within immediate reach.

The feeding system ensures smooth and stable processing, combining gearbox drive with cardan joints, pneumatic pressure on the feed rollers and inverter-controlled feed speed adjustable from 5 to 25 m/min. This results in improved surface quality, reliable performance and increased productivity in daily operations.

CNC drilling centre: morbidelli cx100

This CNC drilling machine has been developed for furniture manufacturers seeking maximum productivity and consistent machining quality. It performs all drilling operations, grooving and vertical routing in a single automatic cycle, eliminating operator intervention for worktable tooling and ensuring high production efficiency.

Top drilling uses the external face of the panel as a reference, guaranteeing a perfect visible finish by compensating for thickness variations inside the cabinet. Automatic workpiece length reading via precision laser corrects any dimensional discrepancies, ensuring perfectly aligned joints. The integrated Maestro CNC software provides intuitive CAD/CAM programming, complete tool management and process control, delivering reliability, ease of use and repeatable results even in demanding production environments.

Sliding table saw: nova si 400

This circular saw with 400 mm blade has been developed to deliver consistent cutting quality with maximum control. Designed for professional workshops, it combines precision, rigidity and ease of use, ensuring reliable performance in both manual and programmed operations.

The saw unit features a closed-loop structure that guarantees maximum torsional rigidity and the complete absence of vibration, maintaining perfect blade alignment even during tilted or demanding cuts. The sliding carriage, with its wide section and closed reticular geometry, provides exceptional stiffness and minimal deflection, while the hardened steel guides and sliding bearing system ensure smooth and durable movement over time. Manual movements are precise and intuitive thanks to the dedicated, dust-protected gearbox (SCM patented solution), where every handwheel adjustment corresponds to an exact blade positioning. The scoring unit is manually adjustable through direct-acting mechanical levers, allowing quick, accurate vertical and horizontal settings, with mechanical stops enabling immediate and repeatable positioning from the front of the machine.

Sliding table saw: nova ti 105

This spindle moulder has been designed to deliver guaranteed quality combined with ease of use, productivity and operational flexibility. It offers precise set-up, reliable performance and intuitive controls, making it suitable for a wide range of woodworking applications.

All adjustments are carried out quickly and accurately via front-positioned handwheels with mechanical decimal readouts, allowing the operator to control every movement with maximum precision. The spindle moulder fence with mechanical programming ensures fast and repeatable set-ups, eliminating the need for test runs thanks to digital readouts that guarantee positioning accuracy to one tenth of a millimetre. Maximum stability and rigidity are achieved through a large cast-iron spindle column, ensuring consistent machining quality in all working conditions. The four standard spindle speeds cover operations from moulding to routing and tenoning, with the possibility to mount tools up to 320 mm in diameter (300 mm without CE).
