There are three kinds of Smart Control Contracts, all with an annual maintenance visit, during which a specialised technician will inspect your machine and carry out maintenance work to guarantee efficiency and operating safety. Based on your machine’s technology, the duration of the visit can range from 1 to 2 days.
Remote support allows you to contact our technicians via MyPortal to solve technical problems. If necessary, we can access machine controls remotely (if compatible) to diagnose and fix breakdowns without the need for an on-site visit. “Smart Contracts” include remote support for the entire range of machinery.
