Remote assistance

The presence of a technician on a field is not always necessary: 75% of open cases are resolved remotely thanks to cutting-edge apps and to the assistance of our best technicians.

For all the machines no longer under warranty is now possible to sign up for an annual subscription: in case you don't subscribe, every call will be individually charged.

Scheduled maintenance

Our maintenance programs can be customised in terms of the number and type of annual interventions.

We are at your disposal to assess the most suitable formula for the way you use your machines and the operating requirements of your production plants. Our programs range from assessing the state of the machines to extensive maintenance services carried out by our personnel. The various options available include different discounts for purchasing spare parts and training courses.

Moreover there are further discounts available based on the number of machines included in the contract.
