CALIBRATING AND SANDING
The dmc automatic calibrating-sanding machines combine versatility, technological expertise and reliability to achieve the highest level of surface finishing and customization, creating attractive finishing effects able to reach the highest quality standards.
Our solutions evolve the traditional concept of the sanding machine in a flexible abrasive modular center, designed to work at high speed and full load for incomparable manufacturing capability, whatever type of finish is required.

VERSATILITY
Multiple machining operations can be carried out in a single machine, making it particularly suitable for processing furniture panels, doors, windows or any kind of element, flat or profiled. This machine is conceived for intensive calibration, high level of finishing and brushing of both raw and painted material.

The innovative side extraction of the disc units on telescopic prismatic guideways allow easy and fast setup, speeding up all tool changing, machine cleaning and routine maintenance activities. Other operating units as well can be replaced or serviced quickly and economically.
PERFORMANCE
Extremely uniform and high quality surface finishing guaranteed by the multi-directional sanding of the exclusive planetary unit with oil bath gears and superfinishing pad unit.
USER-FRIENDLY MANAGEMENT
On “eye-M” control panel with 21" touch-screen you can easily set-up and adjust machine’s operating process. Thanks to the advanced operator interface, all device parameters can be displayed, set and saved in the single work programs.
HIGH COPYING CAPACITY
The unique structure of its sectors allows the “EPICS” electronic pad to sand panels with uneven surfaces perfectly. The working pressure are easily managed by the machine control, guaranteeing maximum sensitivity and precision in any type of machining.
FLEXIBILITY
DMC System machine frame is capable of hosting up to 10 operating units. Its modular structure ensure that the machine composition can fit any production requirement.
