TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATING IN THE “SCM IN BRICK” EVENT

 

AWARE OF THE FACT THAT:

 

The SCM GROUP S.p.A. Company (hereafter shortened to "SCM") with registered office in Rimini (RN) via Emilia 77, tax code 00126480409, as part of its promotional activities aimed at clients and the general SCM public on social media via the Event contest known as "SCM IN BRICK" intends to promote the reproduction, in photo format, of an SCM machine scale model created using Lego® type bricks, the above mentioned images may be combined, used and assembled in any format or arrangement, even employing one or more details of these photos or in combination with other video/audio/photographic images for product, brand or, in more general terms, SCM Group advertising purposes. the above mentioned images may be selected and presented to the public as part of the Scm Live Show demonstration Event (hereafter referred to as “the Event”) due to be held in 2020.

 

I HEREBY DECLARE:

 

my intention to take part, as creator of the reproduction work and images, in the “SCM IN BRICK” contest, emphasising that, I do so, completely free of charge and equally concede, free of charge, all relative rights concerning the right to use, including financial rights of the images. In more general terms and at the discretion of SCM, I consent for the above mentioned images, possibly giving my name as the creator, to be used and assembled in any format or arrangement, or employing one or more details of the photos or in combination with other video/audio/photographic images for product, brand or, in more general terms, SCM Group advertising purposes, via any distribution channel. Similarly, no payment will be made for the publication/exhibition/production in series of the photos in question. It is, in any case, to be understood that neither the images nor name of their creator can be used in such a way as to damage the honour, reputation or respectability of said individual. I declare that I have been informed and unreservedly accept that what is written herein is governed by Italian Law and, I subsequently declare that, pursuant to art. 98 of Law 633 of 22 April 1941 - and in compliance with the interpretation given in the sentence by the Court of Appeal Civil Division 1 no. 4094 on 28 June 1980 - the original images (digital source files) are the property of SCM Group S.p.a.
