a) Non-compliance

The following issues are currently unresolved:

  • WCAG 1.1.1 (Level A) – Non-Text Content: Some images and decorative icons have missing, non-descriptive, or redundant alt text.
  • WCAG 1.3.1 (Level A) – Information and Relationships: The semantic structure of the page is not always correctly defined: ARIA landmarks are missing or used inappropriately.
  • WCAG 1.3.2 (Level A) – Meaningful Sequence: The sequence perceived by assistive technologies does not reflect the relationship and logical order of the elements.
  • WCAG 1.3.5 (Level AA) – Identification of Input Purpose: Standard input elements with graphics are present that do not reveal the element's functionality.

  • WCAG 1.4.1 (Level A) - Use of Color: Some actions are conveyed only by color, or there is a lack of graphical cues to understand the state of elements.

  • WCAG 1.4.3 (Level AA) - Contrast (Minimum): Some text has insufficient contrast against the background, making it difficult to read.

  • WCAG 1.4.4 (Level AA) - Text Scaling: Elements have fixed text sizes, which may limit magnification using assistive technologies.

  • WCAG 2.1.1 (Level A) - Keyboard: Some interactive elements are not fully usable via keyboard.

  • WCAG 2.2.2 (Level A) - Pause, Stop, Hide: There are auto-starting slider content that cannot be paused.

  • WCAG 2.3.1 (Level A) - Three Flashes or Below Threshold: Elements flash for less than one second.

  • WCAG 2.4.2 (Level A) - Page Title: Some pages lack a descriptive title, or the title does not adequately represent the content.

  • WCAG 2.4.3 (Level A) - Focus Order: Some keyboard shortcuts are visually invisible, causing navigation confusion.

  • WCAG 2.4.4 (Level A) - Link Purpose (in Context): Some links do not provide a clear indication of their purpose, making them ambiguous to assistive tools.

  • WCAG 2.4.6 (Level AA) - Headings and Labels: The heading hierarchy is not always respected, compromising understanding of the content structure.

  • WCAG 2.5.8 (Level AA) - Target Size: Structural elements that do not meet the minimum target size on mobile devices are present.
  • WCAG 3.1.1 (Level A) - Page Language: The primary language attribute (lang) is missing or incorrect.
  • WCAG 3.1.2 (Level AA) - Language of Parts: In some cases, the language of secondary content written in a language other than the primary language is not specified.
  • WCAG 3.2.4 (Level AA) - Consistent Identification: Elements that require the same interaction but have very different graphical presentation are present.
  • WCAG 3.3.1 (Level A) – Error Identification: Errors in forms are not always clearly and understandably reported.
  • WCAG 3.3.2 (Level A) – Labels or Instructions: Some input fields are not accompanied by clear labels or instructions.
  • WCAG 3.3.4 (Level AA) – Error Prevention (Legal, Financial, Data): In critical sections (e.g., submitting personal data), mechanisms are not always in place to prevent errors before final confirmation.
  • WCAG 4.1.2 (Level A) – Name, Role, Value: Some interactive elements do not correctly communicate their name, role, and status to screen readers.
