The annual “Smart Advisory Contract” includes remote support for your entire range of machines over the phone and via PC, two annual planned maintenance visits from our qualified technicians for a machine, discounts on all spare-part orders and training courses, access to the LMS e-campus platform and the chance to add Maestro Connect (if the machine can be connected). There are three kinds of Smart Advisory Contracts, all with two annual maintenance visits, during which a specialised technician will inspect your machine and carry out maintenance work to guarantee efficiency and operating safety. Based on your machine’s technology, the duration of the visit can range from 1 to 2 days.
Remote support allows you to contact our technicians via MyPortal to solve technical problems. If necessary, we can access machine controls remotely (if compatible) to diagnose and fix breakdowns without the need for an on-site visit. The “Smart Contracts” include remote support for the entire range of machinery.
Maestro Connect is an additional service that allows you to monitor your machines’ data in real time to optimise production. Thanks to Maestro Connect, you can access the Control Room service and the SCM proactive support service, where our technicians help prevent potential breakdowns or inefficiencies.
