The system is realized by a structure in aluminium profiles with motorized guides with brushless motors for axes X, Y, Z, guaranteeing excellent speed and placements. For the more tilt and rotation axis A and B, was chosen using pneumatic actuators for a good working efficiency, excellent accuracy and reduced mechanical dimensions, ensuring access at every point of the piece of work. This is the best way to get good value for money in the field of automatic stapling systems,compared to expensive anthropomorphic robots, but maintaining similar performance.
