Automatic wide belt sander dmc system xl specifically designed for machining X-lam/CLT walls.
Completely modular machine according to customer’s needs, it is able to process walls up to 3700 mm width and 500 mm thickness.

Total flexibility of configuration: thanks to its modular structure, it is possible to add working units in a following time.
Each unit is equipped with an external control cabinet arranged for interconnection with the switchboards of the additional working units.
“EPICS” sectioned pad to sand perfectly uneven surfaces. It automatically activates when the workpiece is passing through.
Its solid steel structure grants high precision and total vibration damping generated during machining operations.
Crossbelt unit: for top surface quality and improved X-lam/CLT wall roughness.
It is equipped with powered rotating blowers for greater effectiveness of abrasive belt action and increased belt life.
