Scm Group was among the 150 Italian innovation leaders who took part in the Innovation Management Forum on June 10, an event organized by Lapetre and held at the National Museum of Science and Technology in Milan, now in its fifth edition.
The Forum was a valuable opportunity to discuss and exchange views on the best practices already in place—and those yet to be implemented—by businesses, research centers, and public institutions in pursuit of sustainable and strategic innovation.
Founded and led by Flavio Ubezio, the Innovation Management Forum is now a key platform for dialogue and proactive collaboration between innovation management leaders and institutions, this year expanding its scope to both national and international levels.
The 2025 edition focused on key questions around the “frictions” that can hinder innovation strategies, and how to address them to improve the effectiveness and scalability of innovation projects.
Insights gathered during the Forum and from the national and international round tables—engaging over 300 companies—will feed into the Frictionless Innovation white paper, to be published after the summer. This document aims to support best practices in corporate innovation governance and assist policy makers in identifying the managerial approaches that foster more effective innovation within organizations.
Scm Group was represented at the event by Sara Iaconianni, Innovation Scouting Manager.
We thank Lapetre for organizing this important moment of exchange between companies, experts, and institutions. While awaiting the white paper, we are strengthening our vision with new ideas and insights to transform into value for our products and services.
