Dual table
Sintex offers high productivity values thanks to a simple and effective alternating work solution. When joined, the two tables allow you to work on thermoformed materials up to 1500 mm in size
Slanted work table
The work table is slanted at 30° for ease of loading and unloading and improved cleanliness.
QUALITY, CUTTING SPEED AND PRODUCTION CAPACITY ALWAYS ON TOP
Cutting parameters are ideal in all conditions, with an average saving of 15% in separating the figure from the basic sheet, thanks to the inverter-adjustable belt speed. The electronic adjustment enables finding the ideal cutting speed quickly for any shape, dimension, thickness and material of the thermoformed workpiece.

The pressure arms are adjustable and equipped with multiple alternating wheels; they can adapt to the most diversified shapes of the thermoformed workpiece, in both single and multi-imprint mode.

The blade tension-adjusting system is equipped with a light indicator in order to quickly find the ideal working conditions, with a consequent average increase of 15% in the blade life cycle. During blade setting, a special light indicator signals the ideal tension simply and clearly.
