Thermoforming with vacuum and pressure

The br5hp series - manual or automatic sheet loading thermoforming machines - is characterized by an extremely innovative parts management system. Loading of the sheet to be formed, the forming machine, set up and the piece unloading are carried out automatically. The quick change equipment, complete diagnostics, networking and opportunity to work with vacuum and pressure even on the top table, all make the BR5HP series an absolute reference point for the whole of the thermoforming industry.

  • extremely rapid change of format, with integrated systems in the software
  • clamp frame dimensions are stored to further speed up the adjustment of the upper frame
  • all movements are motorised. The mould-plate has a servo movement managed via PC with stored speed and positioning information. The patented mechanics work using two electronically coupled servomotors (gantry), ensuring a quick and precise positioning of the mould and a high level of pressure
  • lower and upper mould base have gantry systems with coupledaxes and ball screws
  • dimensions: from 1.500x1.000 mm to over 3.500x2.500 mm

This allow to ensure maximum heating quality even with every kind of environmental conditions. Thanks to this is possible to reduce probability of bad parts by 55% end restart time by 25%

BE UNDER PRESSURE: QUALITY ASSURANCE

Possibility to work with both vacuum and pressure forming. By using pressure from upper table (with counter mould or pressure bell) is possible to obtain an excellent details definition with the possibility to have texture transfer from the mould. Through pressure forming is possible to guarantee perfect forming of extreme undercuts and excellent results also with thermoplastic composite materials.

LOADING/UNLOADING: IT HAS NEVER BEEN SO EASY AND CONFORTABLE

Fully automatic sheet loading system with alignment and centering of a single sheet. During centering cycle plates are raised slightly to reduce the probability of scratching shiny surfaces. A laser system is able to detect double sheet situation and thanks to separation function is able to ensure that only one plate will be loaded at a time. Loading and unloading operations will be easier and safer.
