The SCM Spare Parts Team welcomed the Ferretti Group After Sales Team on Friday 17 November for a day of training and of sharing the best after-sales service experiences. The key concept guiding the day was "Customer Centricity", that is, business strategies for after-sales and related services that focus on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.
The Ferretti Group team visited the SCM Group complex and diversified production facilities, touring the Rimini and Villa Verucchio plants, and later discussed with the SCM Spare Parts service experts such issues of mutual interest as assessment of performance indicators, process assessment and best practises.
