All the charm of the made in Superfici finish at Ligna 2025

Efficiency, quality, and customization were the key themes defining Superfici's participation in the latest edition of Ligna, held from May 26 to 30 at the Hannover Fair. Visitors to Superfici's booth, a flagship of the SCM Group in the finishing sector, had the opportunity to experience firsthand exclusive, sophisticated, and trendsetting finishes. These were the result of technologies and services capable of shaping every design project, both in furniture and window production.

Superfici's team welcomed Ligna visitors with an innovative proposal, continuously evolving thanks to an R&D investment plan focused on developing flexible and versatile finishing processes and unique, tailor-made products. All this while promoting reduced environmental impact, minimized material and resource waste, and more sustainable costs.

Superfici's innovations garnered significant interest from all strategic markets, both in Europe and overseas. The synergy with other solutions developed by the Group for surface treatment, such as the “dmc” sanding-calibrating machines, was also highly appreciated. This integrated and comprehensive offering distinguishes SCM as a business partner capable of meeting every need in the sector.

For the Superfici finishing solutions range, the following upgrades were presented:

  • “maestro”: A window painting robot, now equipped with new software featuring even more innovative functions.
  • “mini”: An automatic sprayer, now even more complete thanks to a new integrated color-change system.
  • “valtorta F1”: A roller coater featuring a new exclusive roller system for flawless application on shaped surfaces.

The latest innovations in paint polymerization were also showcased, specifically the UV LED Matrix systems, with multiple monochromatic UV sources at different wavelengths. This setup achieves chemical-physical performance fully comparable to conventional UV polymerization, while maintaining the typical advantages of LED technology.
