The Dutch client Jongbloed is celebrating 45 years of collaboration with the SCM team

May 24, 2019

The owners of Jongbloed Timmerfabriek, a leading Dutch company in the production of window and door frames and long-standing client of ours, wanted to celebrate 45 years of collaboration by taking a trip to Italy, to Rimini, Bologna and Bergamo with a special stopover at our production sites.

On the 20 May we were delighted to welcome the President Klaas Jongbloed and production manager Bruun Jongbloed together with some of their most important clients who work in the construction industry, to give them a preview of the new pro evolution, one of SCM's outstanding technologies best suited to the production of door and window frames, which is due to be delivered to the company in the Autumn.

The client had already purchased a previous model in 2015 and, based on the excellent results achieved in terms of efficiency, quality and productivity, chose to confirm the purchase of a second state of the art machine.

Cause for great satisfaction that rewards the work done by our whole team in researching and developing solutions for the market that are increasingly more custom based and sophisticated. The Dutch businessmen were welcomed by Walter Biagi, the BU Manager for the SCM solid wood machining centres, Valentina Cecchi, the Product Manager, Roberto Gritti, the area manager and Giuseppe Ferrari, the product area manager. Considering the long-standing relationship of mutual respect and friendship with the owners Klaas and his son Bruun Jongbloed, the team were joined for the occasion by Giovanni Bargellini, former historical pillar at SCM for the Central European markets, and now retired.
