CMS Tecnocut’s Jetpower high-pressure intensifier is key to Idroline’s superior performance, allowing the waterjet system to meet the needs of even the most demanding users. Equipped with three independent, parallel, and electronically synchronized pressure multipliers, Jetpower supplies constant pressure to Idroline’s cutting head without the need for a high pressure tank, eliminating a common point of failure for “traditional” twin-opposed cylinder intensifiers.
Speaking of the cutting head, Idroline machining centers are equipped with five-axis cutting heads that utilize IKC technology and surface contact feelers to deliver unparalleled cutting efficiency and versatility, even when producing highly complex or intricate parts. These cutting heads are capable of automatically carrying out inclined cutting operations and check groove tapering.
User-Friendly Interface
Thanks to our proprietary Tecnocam software, Idroline is perhaps the most user-friendly CNC waterjet cutting system on the market today. Tecnocam is a CAM software program designed specifically for operating waterjet technology. Based on a familiar, easy to use Windows platform, the program creates a seamless interface for the most advanced design software packages available.
Tecnocam’s database stores the technological parameters of most commonly-used materials of construction, and adjusts cutting speeds according to the individual profiles that make up part templates for reduced machining time. Tecnocam’s cutting diagram management system provides positioning data, cutting-specific technological data, and production estimates broken down by cutting costs and material costs.
