Academia meets the wood industry to “build” innovation

A video where various sources of knowledge have combined to tell the story of the future of the wood construction industry.

The academic meeting between the Wood Construction Architecture graduate students at the Turin Politecnico Graduate School and SCM industry experts was a great opportunity for rich exchanges of knowledge and insights. Useful foundation for tomorrow's wood construction. The video covers the two-day visit, held in December at SCM Rimini headquarters and Sinalunga plant, which was part of the close collaboration between the Rimini Group and the University of Turin.

The reactions of the graduate students, of the course coordinator, Professor Guido Callegari, and of SCM's CNC Machining Centres BU Manager, Tommaso Martini, demonstrate all the enthusiasm and positive exchange between of academic knowledge and technological business knowledge.
