Once again this year, Scm Group celebrated the holiday season together with its employees, the Board of Directors and the shareholders’ families. The event, held at the Rimini Headquarters on December 18 and preceded by similar gatherings at SCM Thiene and CMS, put Scm Group’s people at center stage—starting with colleagues nearing retirement who, with more than 20, 30 and 40 years of service, represent the most authentic expression of a strong sense of belonging to the Group.
Also in the spotlight were the employees awarded for the best Improvement Ideas and Innovation projects. With their innovative ideas and commitment, they will help make the Group’s range of products and services even more competitive across all business sectors.
This objective clearly emerged in the speeches delivered by CEO Marco Mancini and Wood Division Director Pietro Gheller in Rimini, as well as by CMS General Manager Cosimo Capuzzello in Zogno. The event was not only an opportunity to review the year drawing to a close, but above all to look ahead with a clear vision focused on sustainable growth.
From one location to another, the celebrations concluded with a toast in honor of the entire team, together with best wishes for a new year full of opportunities and success.
