PROCESSES
Templates: after squaring, the parts are worked on in a 5 axis
work centre that determines their geometries, already including
the bevel.
Frames and keel: after creating the curved laminated element,
the base, components are worked on in three dimensions
with 5 axis shaping.
Laths, beams,
stringers and planking:: after being cut to length,
the wood is planed, drilled, mortised and if necessary shaped in
three dimensions.
