PANELS
Classic: The panel is cut, calibrated, pressed, shaped, sanded and then varnished with several undercoats. Nesting is now also used in the classic procedure, thus avoiding the sizing phase and bringing the entire pressed panel directly to the work centre.
Industrial: the entire panel, already pressed, is brought to a varnishing line. The process starts with calibration and sanding of the panel which is then treated with several undercoats. At this point the panel is taken to numerically controlled Nesting centres where the geometries of the pieces are produced.

MATERIALS
Wood and derived materials: various types of solid or panel wood, sandwich structures, composite materials, hollow cored wood panels.
Other materials: synthetic panels, aluminium honeycomb panels, PVC, plastic materials, ceramic derivatives, corian, fibreglass and marble.

PARTS PRODUCED
Structural::interior panelling and bulkheads. Furnishings: components in solid wood and panels, furniture for galleys, cabins, staterooms, heads.
Accessories: interior doors in solid or hollow cored wood, windows, portholes, instrument panels, gratings, handrails, edges for tables and doors.
