PROCESS

SOLID WOOD
The boards are cut with multiblade cutters and the strips planed to produce square section beams or moulded elements already profiled. After moulding the pieces are shaped, drilled, sanded and varnished with the same undercoats as the panel they will be used with and varnished together.
ASSEMBLED ELEMENTS
In many cases panels and solid wood are fitted together and then worked on together: shaped, rounded, edged and then varnished. If a large number of parts are being produced, edge profiling and rounding may be carried out using a double edgebanding machine.

FITTING ON BOARD
During fitting on board, classic machines are used for small adjustments.

MACHINES
Industrial:Panel sizing machines, 3/5 axis numerically controlled work centres, nesting cells, varnishing lines, varnishing robots, calibrating sanding machines, moulders, drills and presses.
Classic: single- and double-cylinder planers, band saws with carriage, toupie and combined.
